Silver II Pennant just miss out even though a strong win in the final round

It was a close finish for Silver II Pennant competition playing at Oatlands last week. Monash did well to keep themselves in contention by winning against Pennant Hills who were joint leader with North Ryde and Concord on 6 points going into the final.  Concord ended up winning the Pennant with 8 points (18 games) over North Ryde with 8 points (17.5 games)! Monash came from behind ending up 3rd on 7 points. A great effort from the Silver II squad of Bets Gregory (field captain), Jacqui Dawber, Simone Allaway, Young Kim, Ingrid Burgess, Fiona Dunagan, Karen Mayoh, Eileen Rodwell and Lily Liu.
